How much time in advance should I book the party?

To ensure the date and time of your choice, please try to book your party at least 2 weeks in advance. 

Can I add or remove a guest to my event?

You can add or remove a guest before an event but please let us know as we schedule the assisting staff and prepare the projects for your event in advance. There is a minimum of 8, and a maximum of 15 guests

What if I have to cancel?

If you change your mind about your event within less than 14 but more than 7 days before the event, we will allow you to reschedule or offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You can use these credits for any future event or walk-in session.

*We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
